Accommodation

• Except for Dehradun, all hotels at Do Dham are non-star categories.
• All food served is pure vegetarian.
• Hotels may be changed to similar options if fully booked.

Single Supplement

• The package includes twin-sharing accommodation. An additional charge of ₹30,000 applies for single occupancy.

Booking Confirmation

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the full amount due 15 days before the journey.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed with a 10% fee if requested at least 15 days before the journey. Requests made within 15 days will be treated as cancellations.

Passenger Policy

• Children aged 2 years and above are considered full passengers. Infants below 2 years (max. 12 kg) are free but must provide ID proof.
• Passengers weighing over 75 kg will incur an overweight fee of ₹2,000 per kg above the limit.

Luggage Allowance

• Only 5 kg of luggage per passenger is allowed. Duffle bags will be provided, and excess luggage will not be permitted.

Flight Arrangement

• Passengers may be shuffled between helicopters for safety and weight balance. Timings may vary due to operational reasons.

Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary or flight timings may be altered due to weather or operational reasons.

Additional Expenses

• Any additional expenses, such as meals not included in the itinerary or changes in hotels/restaurants, will be borne by the passengers.

Passenger Conduct

• Unruly, intoxicated, or unsafe passengers may be denied boarding without refund.

Tax Changes

• Any changes in taxes or government levies will result in an adjustment of the tax amount.

Cancellation Policy

• Before 30 days: No charge.
• 30-20 days: 25% refund.
• 20-10 days: 50% refund.
• Within 10 days: No refund.
